<p>当社は、お客様が解約するまでサブスクリプションまたは購入契約が継続するプランまたは取決めに同意できるようにすることがあります。</p>

<p>当社は、お客様が本サイトを通じて当該取決めを解約するまで、一定数のCoinsについてクレジットカードその他の支払方法へ毎月自動的に請求する選択肢を提供することがあります。この選択肢は、本サイト上でのお客様の同意または有効化を条件とします。当社は、お客様の事前の同意なく、選択された支払方法への自動請求を行いません。</p>

<p>支払ページで「Premium Membership」を購入することによりこの選択肢を有効化し、サポートへ連絡することにより無効化できます。</p>

<p>別段の記載がない限り、本プラットフォーム上のデジタル製品に表示されるすべての価格には、関係税務当局の要求に従い、適用税率による付加価値税（VAT）が含まれています。</p>

<h2>製品ライセンス</h2>

<p>サービスを購入すると、製品を私的または個人的かつ非商業的な目的に限り閲覧または複製（ダウンロード）するための、非独占的、取消可能、サブライセンス不能（譲渡不能）なライセンスが付与されます。当社の書面による許可なく、別の目的に使用することはできません。</p>

<p>お客様は当該ライセンスを受諾し、本規約に従う場合を除き製品を利用しないことに同意します。</p>

<p>ライセンス条件上、次の行為は厳格に禁止され、いかなる場合も次の権利は付与されません。</p>

    <li>いずれかの地域において製品に関する商標その他類似の権利を登録、保護または行使すること。</li>
    <li>明示または黙示を問わず、ご自身が製品の原作者であると虚偽表示すること。</li>

<p>一部の州または法域では、結果的または付随的損害に対する責任の排除または制限が認められないため、当該州または法域では、当社の責任は法律が認める最大限の範囲に制限されます。</p>

<h2>補償</h2>
